"Pretty good if you catch a promo"
I grabbed a shirt when they were running one of their discount codes and it made the price a lot more reasonable. The code worked at checkout with no hassle, which was nice. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably order again if they do another sale. Anyway...

"Tracking delays felt preventable"
I ordered from panicatthedisco.com and the tracking didn’t update for a few days, which was a little frustrating. The package did eventually start moving and arrived fine, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. Still, clearer and faster tracking seems like a preventable issue. Overall, it was okay, but not great, 3 stars from me

I ordered from panicatthedisco.com to Canada, and the shipping was kinda smoother than I thought it would be. The tracking didn’t update every single day, but it updated enough that I could tell the package was still moving.
My order showed up in about two weeks, and everything arrived in good shape with nothing damaged. I didn’t have to pay any extra customs fees, so overall I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

"Support was a little slow to get back to me"
They did reply in the end, but I had to wait quite a while. I even mentioned it to my sister because I wasn’t sure if I should follow up again. Once they got back to me, it was fine, just wish the response had been quicker.

I ended up giving 4 stars because my order actually arrived sooner than I thought it would. I was checking the tracking along the way, and it updated well, so I wasn’t left wondering where the package was. The only downside was that the box looked a little beat up when it got to me, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine...

I did get my item exchanged in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process took way longer than it should have. I kept waiting around and it got frustrating. It worked out eventually, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth or quick experience.

"Cool merch, honestly"
I got one of the shirts and yeah, I really like the design. The colors pop a bit but they’re not all crazy or annoying to look at. It’s got that Panic! kind of vibe, if that makes sense, but it doesn’t feel like it’s trying way too hard.

"Cute print, but the fabric broke my heart a little"
The print is really nice and I was excited to wear it, but after just one wash the fabric felt so thin I was like, nooo please don’t fall apart on me already. It’s not terrible, just kind of disappointing because I really wanted to love it.

"The site does what it’s supposed to..."
The site does what it’s supposed to do, but using it on mobile can be kind of frustrating. I had to poke around more than I expected to find certain things, which isn’t ideal when you’re just trying to get something done quickly. Not a dealbreaker, just a bit clunky here and there.

I was kind of in a rush trying to find some Panic stuff and had already checked a few other places with no luck. This site actually had the items in stock, and the sizes were easy to find, which saved me a lot of time. I didn’t have to keep refreshing pages or sign up for restock emails. Straightforward shopping experience overall, no complaints from me.

Everything loaded like it should, my payment worked the first time, and the confirmation email showed up pretty much right away. Nothing felt weird or confusing, which I really appreciated. "Shipping cost was honestly a relief"
I ordered from Panic! at the Disco and I still remember feeling kind of braced for the shipping price to jump at checkout, because that’s happened to me on other band merch sites before. This time it was actually really fair, which was such a nice surprise. The cost was shown clearly the whole way through too, with no random extra charge popping up at the end. My package arrived just fine, and the whole experience left me feeling good about ordering again
